Summary
This is a Part Time position not to exceed 29 hours a week. Under the supervision of the Lead Car Wash Attendant, the Car Wash Attendant will be responsible to help open and/ or close the car wash, clean vacuums, take trashes, grease the tunnels, clean the mud, and provide an excellent customer service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner as they arrive at the car wash.
- Provide information about available car wash services, pricing, and any ongoing promotions and assist customers.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card payments.
- Guide cars onto the track with a focused, pleasant, and competent demeanor.
- Perform visual inspections of the condition of each vehicle prior to entering the tunnel.
- Keep the entire property spotlessly clean and ensure everything is kept in the proper place and organized.
- Keep vacuums unclogged, hoses hung properly, and trash cans emptied.
- Perform basic maintenance on the tunnels, grease and clean the mud.
- Help team members as needed.

Summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conducts routine inspections of premises and equipment.

- Operates small machinery and power tools.

- Maintenance of irrigation systems around facilities.

- Ensure Floor Managers are cultivating the culture of Guest service mandated by the General Manager.

Summary
Under the immediate supervision of the Casino Cage Shift Lead, the Casino Cashier is responsible for a window bank containing various denominations of currency and coins. Complete transactions for customers and internal operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Processes, verifies and countersigns hand paid jackpots.
- Processes, verifies and countersigns blackjack fills/credits.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
- Handles the cashing of personal checks, payroll checks and traveler's checks.
- Assist customers redeeming vouchers, black jack chips, coupons, etc.
- Prepare all cage currency, coins and documentation for end-of shift inventory.
- Will perform other position requirements or duties as assigned by the Cage Lead, Cage Manager or Floor Manager.
- Must understand and comply with departmental internal control regulations.
- Casino operation is 24/7, must be able to work any and all shifts.

Qualifications
- All applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be certifiable through the Arizona Department of Gaming / Tribal Gaming Office.

Summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- This is a highly responsible professional position that includes administrative and managerial work, planning, organizing, and directing the activities of the Park and Recreation Department. The Director of Parks and Recreation plans, promotes, organizes, and administers public recreation service for the tribal community, under policies established by the Cocopah Indian Tribe.
- Supervises, selects, trains, directs, and evaluates department personnel, and monitors all activities and operations of the department; sets goals and objectives and establishes guidelines for performance;
- Supervises acquisition, planning, design, construction, and maintenance of recreation facilities; coordinates with Public Works Department and the Planning Department on routine maintenance and special repair projects;
- Evaluates effectiveness of recreation areas, facilities, and services;
- Studies local conditions and develops immediate and long-range plans to meet recreational needs of all tribal community age groups;
- Prepares budgets and directs expenditures of department funds and keeping of department records;
- Reports recommendations and direction to Tribal Administration;
- Advises Tribal Administration/Tribal Council on long-term strategic planning for all parks and park programs;
- Oversees marketing of park programs including the Parks & Recreation website, brochures, and social media;
- Develops and manages sponsorship program for department (Ex: Turkey Trot, Social Club and special events, children’s baseball, football or basketball leagues or after school programs including planning snack or meal menus and prepping snacks or meals);

- No DUI’s or major traffic offenses within the past five (5) years and required to pass a physical examination.

- Prepares departmental correspondence, orders and maintains office supplies arranges for equipment maintenance.
- Assists as a liaison between community groups, government agencies, developers and Tribal Council officials in developing infrastructure plans.
- Assists in resolving citizen and customer issues
- Assist in conducting field evaluations and assessments of Tribal infrastructure
- Collects a variety of statistical data and prepare reports and maps on topics such as census information, land use, tax base data, and occupancy rates.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Ability to create graphic designs, development strategies, and render site plans via sketches and/or computer graphics highly desirable.
- Creative problem-solving skills to gather relevant information to solve practical problems and address Tribal members’ inquiries and concerns
- Ability to facilitate in-person and virtual public participation activities
Qualifications
- Must have a valid Arizona Driver's License and be insurable
- Familiarity with Geographic Information System (GIS) software for capturing, storing, checking, and displaying data related to positions on Earth’s surface streets, buildings, and vegetation is highly desirable
- Familiarity with Google Earth satellite imagery software to render 3D representations on Earth is highly desirable
- Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word is highly desirable
- Must have a valid Arizona Driver's License and be insurable
- Oral communication and interpersonal skills to explain rules and procedures clearly to the public
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to successfully pass DPS/FBI fingerprint background check
- Must be COVID-19 vaccinated, or must obtain by the completion of the 120 day training period.
Education and/or Experience
- Associates degree in related field is preferred, completion of trade school, professional or technical certification, specialized training
- 1-year equivalent to at least TS-4, 6-months specialized work experience, 3-years work experience in related field or 2-years supervisory work experience

Summary
To prepare food and beverage that will be dispensed to customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Take orders and deliver to lanes in a pleasant and courteous manner to customers.
- Prepare food according to methods and quantities prescribed by Lead Cook.
- Keep kitchen, cooking and serving areas clean and neat.
- Follow opening and closing procedures when doing such.
- Maintain safe and sanitary conditions at all times.
- Receive deliveries in absence of the lead cook.
- Responsible for required paper work such as tip sheets and register consolidation.
- Maintain equipment in clean and good working condition.
- Handle money and maintain a register using P.O.S. System.
- Receive phone order to go.
- Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Knowledge of food preparation procedures.
- Must be able to stand for longer periods of time.
- Knowledge of commercial food handling techniques.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 10 pounds on a regular basis.
- Must have basic math skills.
- Must be able to provide exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
